Leonard Fink Limits Damages to $58,000 Against $900,000 Claim in Concrete Construction Trial

Rai Fink Ebner partner Leonard Fink defended a concrete contractor against a claim from the general contractor that it incurred more than $900,000 in damages related to the concrete contractor’s alleged failure to properly construct a basement in a large home. After a 10-day trial, the jury awarded $58,000 against the concrete contractor.
