Rai Fink Ebner partner Leonard Fink received a defense verdict on behalf of a traffic safety contractor. The plaintiffs alleged that the contractor negligently followed the approved Traffic Control Plan in violation of Nevada law. One plaintiff claimed permanent injuries to his back and shoulder. The other plaintiff claimed that she suffered a traumatic brain injury. After a more than two-week trial where plaintiffs sought damages in excess of $7,000,000, the jury returned a defense verdict.
