Rai Fink Ebner partner Leonard Fink successfully defended a security company against a plaintiff’s claim that its security officer battered him in the parking garage of a Las Vegas casino. The plaintiff sought $5,000,000 in damages for neck, back and shoulder injuries, including a claim that his shoulder injury was permanent. After an almost two-week trial, the jury found that the security company did not breach any duties that it may have owed to the plaintiff.
